National Business Register (RNE) Urges Users to Verify Status of Online Submissions
The National Business Register (RNE) is calling on its users to check the status of their online submissions, as many business creation or update files remain blocked due to the lack of receipt of original documents.
Issue with Pending Requests
In the absence of these documents, requests remain pending and cannot be processed. The RNE is inviting interested parties to present themselves at any counter with the required documents to finalize their procedures.
Assistance Available at Counters
Additionally, the RNE reminds users that it is possible to request assistance from agents when submitting documents at the counter to correct, update, or digitize them on the spot. The goal of this assistance is to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth for users, particularly in cases of missing documents or files that have already been digitized but are poorly classified on the platform, as announced by Mohammed Adel Chouari, Director General of the RNE.
Next Steps
Users are encouraged to take advantage of this assistance to ensure their submissions are processed efficiently and effectively. By verifying the status of their online submissions and seeking help when needed, users can avoid delays and complete their business creation or update procedures in a timely manner.
