AI: The Tools That Save Entrepreneurs Time
During the 8th edition of the Phare de l'Entrepreneuriat, held on April 29, 2025, a roundtable discussion titled "AI: The Tools That Save Entrepreneurs Time" was led by Mohamed Ali Elloumi, founder of Access Content Agency, and Nesrine Ben Salah, Project Manager and Training Manager at the Tunisie pour le Développement Foundation. The discussion explored the concrete benefits of artificial intelligence in the daily lives of entrepreneurs.
Both speakers agreed on a fundamental point: artificial intelligence can represent a significant added value for entrepreneurs, provided it is used in a thoughtful, critical, and controlled manner.
Elloumi emphasized that mastering AI tools does not solely depend on technical skills, but rather on the ability to ask the right questions. He highlighted the lack of a "critical thinking" culture in Tunisia, which sometimes hinders the optimization of AI usage. According to him, effectively interacting with these tools requires a framework for reflection that goes beyond simply describing data. He also stressed the emergence of intelligent agents capable of autonomously executing complex tasks and the possibility of creating high-potential businesses with very small, even single-person, teams thanks to intelligent automation.
Ben Salah presented concrete use cases of AI in work management and organization. She cited several tools, such as Notion AI for report writing and Moju for intelligent planning, as well as applications like Jasper or Copy AI in marketing and prospecting. She also emphasized the time and efficiency gains these tools provide, while reminding the importance of human control. AI, according to her, remains prone to error, and its effectiveness depends as much on the quality of the questions asked as on the verification of the responses provided.
