Perle du Lac 2 Project Progresses at a Steady Pace

The "Perle du Lac 2" development project is advancing at a sustained rate. During a visit to the construction site on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, the Minister of Equipment and Housing, Salah Zouari, observed a progress rate of 85%. Located on 57.1 hectares in the Berges du Lac area, the program aims to create a modern and sustainable urban hub, combining commercial spaces, business centers, and smart infrastructure. With an estimated cost of 146 million dinars, the project is expected to be completed by the end of June 2026. According to the same source, Perle du Lac 2, which is close to the city center and Tunis-Carthage Airport, will be a new driver of attractiveness and investment for the capital.
