Pens.com Reinforces its Presence in Tunisia with Modern Infrastructure Investment
As part of its regional expansion strategy, Pens.com is strengthening its presence in Tunisia by investing in modern infrastructure to support its growth. The inauguration ceremony, attended by company representatives and local stakeholders, marks a significant milestone in Pens.com's development on Tunisian territory. This initiative demonstrates the multinational's long-term commitment to its teams and its anchorage in the region.
Pens.com has announced the consolidation of its presence in Tunisia through the acquisition of an additional floor in the MAJDA building, located near its current offices in Berges du Lac 2, Tunis. This initiative is part of a sustained growth dynamic and testifies to the company's unwavering commitment to its employees and local activities.
Established in Tunisia since 2018, Pens.com has experienced constant expansion, employing over 1,000 collaborators today. Over the past seven years, the company has consolidated its anchorage in Tunis, where its teams ensure a wide range of strategic functions, contributing to enriching the customer experience worldwide.
The new space will accommodate the increasingly numerous teams occupying key multilingual functions, including contact center operations (Sales and Customer Service), Administration, and Marketing, serving a diverse international clientele.
During the official inauguration of the new spaces on September 17, Pens.com's management, led by its President & CEO, Peter Kelly, traveled to Tunis to celebrate this important milestone during a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The event highlighted the strategic role of the Tunisian site in the company's global deployment. "Our operations in Tunisia are a fundamental pillar of our success. They are driven by talented and engaged teams that actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience," said Peter Kelly. "This expansion illustrates the solidity of our local development and reaffirms our confidence in the Tunisian site, a key element of our international strategy. I invite local professionals to discover the exciting opportunities we offer on our career site."
As part of this growth, Pens.com continues to create stimulating professional opportunities for talents in Tunisia. Interested individuals can consult available offers on: https://careers.pens.com.
