The Ministry of Religious Affairs has issued an urgent reminder to selected candidates for the 2025 pilgrimage, urging those whose names appear on the final lists to complete their administrative procedures through the single window before today, Tuesday, March 11. This deadline, set as the ultimate, aims to ensure a smooth organization of the trip. Latecomers will be automatically excluded, and their place will be allocated to other waiting candidates. This necessary rigor is to avoid any logistical disorder, particularly regarding accommodation and transportation reservations in Mecca.
Important Deadlines and Procedures
- The deadline for payment of fees has been extended until March 15 at post offices.
- Complementary procedures (document verification, reservation confirmation) must be completed imperatively from March 13 at the National Society for Services and Residences, located at 23 Rue du Lac Turkana, Tunis.
- Candidates added to the lists after March 15 must follow the same procedure, otherwise, their application will be cancelled.
- A dedicated hotline (71.862.111) is available to answer practical questions, highlighting the importance of proactive communication between pilgrims and authorities.
Pilgrimage Costs
The total cost of the pilgrimage amounts to 20,700 dinars per person, broken down into:
- 17,000 dinars allocated to on-site services (accommodation, food, local transportation)
- 3,700 dinars reserved for the air ticket
This transparent breakdown aims to cover the entirety of pilgrims' needs during their stay in Saudi Arabia. The ministry stresses the importance of respecting deadlines to avoid unnecessary withdrawals, reminding that the Hajj requires meticulous preparation, both material and spiritual.
