Industry 4.0: Challenges and Opportunities for Tunisian Export Development

In collaboration with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Tunisia Bureau and the Agency for the Promotion of Industry and Innovation, the Cepex organized the fourth monthly "Export Mornings" event of 2024, titled "Industry 4.0: Challenges and Opportunities for Tunisian Export Development", at the Exporter's House.

This informative event brought together several economic actors, representatives of exporting companies, as well as organizations and professional structures.

During the event, Mourad Ben Hassine, CEO of the center, emphasized that transitioning to Industry 4.0 is no longer an option, but a necessity to reinforce our competitiveness in global markets, given the role of intelligent technologies in the development of all economic sectors, particularly the industrial sector.

The program included a presentation of the Employment4Youth project by its director, Habib Ammar.

Furthermore, numerous important and varied questions were addressed regarding best practices and opportunities offered by smart industry to Tunisian exporting companies. Practical advice on achieving international success through innovation was presented by representatives from the UNIDO Tunisia Bureau, Novation City, Smart Capital, and the international consulting firm Deloitte.
