TotalEnergies Appoints New President and CEO for Tunisia
TotalEnergies has appointed Ouafa Kourdaa as the new President and CEO of TotalEnergies Marketing Tunisia and Country Chair Tunisia, representing the company in Tunisia since September 1, 2025. She succeeds Mutaz Nazzal, who has been called to take on new roles within TotalEnergies.
About Ouafa Kourdaa
Ouafa Kourdaa completed her education in Tunisia before joining the ESCP Business School. She began her career as a management consultant at Capgemini, where she led transformation and organization missions for major international groups.
Career at TotalEnergies
She then joined the Marketing & Services branch of TotalEnergies, where she held several successive positions. She started at the Africa-Middle East direction, in charge of development and external growth projects. She then took responsibility for operating the service station network in France, followed by the development of the highway network, including a network of nearly 150 service stations equipped with high-power electric charging points, positioning the company as the leading player in electric charging on highways in France.
Strategic Roles
She then joined the Company's Strategy and Markets direction, where she worked on major investment files in the Gas & Power, Trading & Shipping, and Marketing & Services sectors. With her extensive experience and expertise, Ouafa Kourdaa is well-equipped to lead TotalEnergies Marketing Tunisia and represent the company in Tunisia.
