Ooredoo Tunisia Demonstrates Commitment to Community with Event for Elderly Care Foundations
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, Tounes T3ich, Ooredoo Tunisia has once again demonstrated its commitment to the community by organizing an event for elderly care foundations in the capital. In partnership with the "Umm Al Khair" Foundation for the elderly, Ooredoo offered residents of retirement homes a unique experience, combining well-being, conviviality, and solidarity, during the sacred month of Ramadan.
The event was held at the Lemdina restaurant by the lake and brought together several local foundations that care for the elderly. The goal was to provide them with an unprecedented and warm setting, away from their daily routine, where they could share a moment of joy and exchange with the community. During the evening, Ooredoo Tunisia, true to its values, also made a generous donation to the Umm Al Khair Foundation to support essential healthcare for the elderly.
The event was marked by heartfelt testimonies from participants, who expressed their immense gratitude for this initiative, highlighting that it had allowed them to feel both pampered and connected to society. This evening thus reinforced social bonds and contributed to restoring hope and dignity to the elderly.
