OneTech Holding Strengthens Control over Techniplast with Full Acquisition of TBI's Shares
OneTech Holding (OTH) has reinforced its control over Techniplast by acquiring the entirety of the shares held by Tavernier Benoit and Industrie (TBI). The agreement concluded provides for the progressive acquisition of the 20% stake held by TBI in Techniplast's capital, a specialist in plastic injection.
To date, OTH has already taken over 7.3% of the capital, corresponding to 36.5% of TBI's participation, and has committed to finalizing the acquisition of the remaining 12.7% by the end of 2025, in accordance with the agreement protocol signed between the two companies.
This operation will enable OTH to consolidate its majority position, which currently stands at 80%, in Techniplast. The profitable subsidiary will thus contribute more significantly to the group's results.
This full acquisition is part of OTH's strategy to strengthen its operational and strategic control over Techniplast, whose dynamic commercial growth and contribution to the group's value chain are particularly important.
