One Tech Board of Directors Validates Complete Separation of Two Strategic Poles: Mechatronics and Cables
The board of directors of One Tech has approved the complete separation of its two strategic poles: Mechatronics and Cables. This major operation is part of the "Challenge 2028" plan, which aims to improve the Group's overall performance, strengthen its sectoral specialization, and accelerate its development.
Objective of the Separation
The primary objective of this split is to enable each pole to deploy its own growth strategy, strengthen its partnerships, and maximize internal synergies. In the long term, this separation will lead to the separate listing of each pole on the stock exchange, providing better visibility into their respective activities and creating value for shareholders.
Composition of the Poles
The Mechatronics pole includes the companies Fuba Printed Circuits Tunisie, EleoneTech, Tunisian Telecom Electric International, TechniPlast Industrie, One Tech GMBH (Germany), and One Tech Molding and Assembling SARL (Morocco). The Cables pole is composed of Tunisie Câbles and Auto Câbles Tunisie.
