Since 2019, Gam has led Cytopharma, a Tunisian company specializing in sterile oncological injectables, and currently oversees a team of 100 employees. Under her leadership, the company recorded a 42% growth in revenue in 2024 compared to 2023 and renewed its EU GMP certification, ensuring compliance with the strictest European standards.
