This new chapter is a continuation of her career path: since October 2020, she has been heading the Strategic Planning and Management Control department within the CDC. For over five years, she has shaped the financial orientations of the organization and ensured that projects are aligned with national priorities.
Expertise Forged at the Ministry of Finance
Her expertise was developed earlier at the Ministry of Finance. Between 2018 and 2020, as the head of the Project Management by Objectives (UGPO) unit, she excelled in monitoring public projects and optimizing administrative performance.

Beyond her operational functions, Olfa Chamari Klibi has solid experience in governance. Her career is marked by active participation in several boards of directors. In the public sector: member of the Interprofessional Group of Fishery Products since 2001. And in the private and financial sector: administrator at Princess Private Aviation SA (2012-2020) and at Sotudef (2011-2020).
A Multidisciplinary Academic Background
Her strategic vision is based on high-level academic training. A former student of the IHEC, graduated from the IFID (Institute of Financing for the Development of the Arab Maghreb) in banking and financial services, she also holds a DEA in demography from the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of Tunis.
