Office Plast Launches Call for Independent Administrators and Minority Shareholder Representative
Office Plast is launching a call for applications for the designation of independent administrators and a minority shareholder representative for a three-year term, until the ordinary general meeting that will review the financial statements for the 2026 fiscal year.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the position of independent administrator, candidates must hold at least a master's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in either:
- The manufacturing of office and school supplies
- Financial institution management
For the position of minority shareholder representative, candidates must also hold at least a master's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in either:
- The manufacturing of plastic office and school supplies
- One of the following specialties:
- Economics
- Management
- Law
- Social sciences
