Carthage Cement: Ordinary General Meeting
Carthage Cement is convening its shareholders to an Ordinary General Meeting on July 8, 2025, to approve the 2024 financial statements. Despite a slight 2.3% decline in annual revenue to 421.6 million Tunisian dinars (Mtnd), the largest cement manufacturer in Tunisia has recorded a significant increase in profitability, with a net profit up 27.3% to 70.3 Mtnd.
Sotetel: Ordinary General Meeting
Sotetel, a subsidiary of Tunisie Telecom specializing in telecommunications networks, will hold its Ordinary General Meeting on June 30, 2025. The agenda includes the approval of the 2024 financial results and the examination of a proposed dividend of 0.500 dinars per share, stable compared to 2023. According to the planned resolutions, the dividend payment will take place starting from September 15, 2025. As a reminder, the company reported a net profit of 4.1 Mtnd in 2024.
Air Liquide Tunisie: Ordinary General Meeting
Air Liquide Tunisie, the Tunisian subsidiary of the world leader in liquefied gases, will hold its Ordinary General Meeting on June 30, 2025. The meeting will deliberate on the individual and consolidated financial statements for 2024, as well as a proposed dividend of 7,500 dinars per share, an increase compared to the 6,300 dinars paid in 2023. The company reported a net profit of 27.5 Mtnd for the previous year.
