New Measures to Improve Transparency and Quality of Vehicle Technical Control Services
As of November 1st, 2024, the Technical Agency for Land Transport (ATTT) will introduce new measures to enhance transparency and quality of vehicle technical control services.
According to an official statement, these changes aim to meet the expectations of vehicle owners and optimize the conditions for providing these services.
Among the new measures, the ATTT will increase the capacity of technical control centers, allowing for more reservation slots to be offered.
Furthermore, appointments will need to be strictly respected, with no possibility of advancing them to ensure the smooth operation of the centers.
However, it will be possible to reschedule an appointment once, provided that the request is made at least two days prior to the scheduled date, subject to a payment of 5 dinars.
The ATTT encourages vehicle owners to make their reservations through the agency's official website www.attt.com.tn at their chosen center before their technical control certificate expires.
Drivers must respect the scheduled times indicated on their appointment confirmation.
Additionally, the reservation application will allow users to discover nearby technical control centers with available slots, directing clients to less busy centers.
