Tunisian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry Opens Regional Office in Sfax
The Tunisian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCITF) has announced the opening of a regional office in Sfax, its first representation outside of Tunis, according to the TAP agency.
Objective of the New Office
This establishment aims to facilitate support for economic operators, particularly those involved in export activities. The Sfax region and the South already have a significant number of CCITF members, which motivated the creation of this local representation.
Leadership of the New Office
Cyrine Ben Chrifa Ben Ayed will assume the presidency of this new structure, accompanied by Khaled Sellami, Hatem Fourati, and Slim Marrakchi.
About the CCITF
Founded in 1974, the CCITF has approximately 2,500 members nationwide, with a significant proportion based in Sfax and the southern regions. The network also includes French companies and mixed companies operating in Tunisia.

The cooperation between the CCITF and its members covers several sectors, including:
- Agro-food
- Mechanical and pharmaceutical industries
- Services
- Information technologies Other areas, such as renewable energies and artificial intelligence, also offer development opportunities.

It is worth noting that France is the largest foreign investor in Tunisia, with 1,612 companies having French participation, including 670 subsidiaries.
