Tunisian Government Officially Modifies Highway Tolls between Hammam-Lif and Msaken
The Tunisian government has officially modified the toll rates on the highway connecting Hammam-Lif to Msaken. According to the Decree of July 15, 2025, published in the Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic, this new measure revises the toll rates on this highway section, directly impacting daily users.
This regulatory update, validated after consultation with the Council of Ministers and the Administrative Court, specifies that toll rates are now calculated based on each vehicle's point of departure and include Value-Added Tax (VAT). The new tariff schedule will come into effect starting today, July 16, 2025, at midnight.
It is worth noting that the operation remains concessioned to the Tunisian Highway Company, in accordance with the existing agreement and specifications.
