The Minister of Finance has made it official, as announced in the Official Journal of February 13, 2026. With this new 100% digital system, goodbye to waiting lines and unnecessary travel: everything is done online to create your business faster and without hassle.
A Step Further in the Digitalization of Procedures
This is based on existing laws, such as the Income Tax Code, the 2025 Finance Law, or the 2019 Investment Law. In short, any company can submit its declaration online to the public authorities that manage creations (National Business Register, Ministry of Companies, etc.). The National Register will set up a secure and coordinated platform with all parties involved.
Important Note
This only concerns the initial filing. To correct an error, update information, or close the business, you will need to follow other procedures.
How Does it Work?
To get started, create an account on the platform with your digital identity card, electronic certificate, or other official means. This verifies your identity and secures everything. Professionals (accountants, representatives) can also do it for you through their professional account, even without a digital identity.
You upload all your documents, contracts, and information directly. And miraculously: the administrations automatically exchange the documents between themselves thanks to their connected systems. No more duplicates!
Maximum Simplification: An Auto-Generated File Without Additional Paperwork
Once submitted, your documents become your official file. No need for other formalities for the same thing. The administrations keep everything for 10 years and automatically transmit it to the Finance Department and others, without you having to lift a finger. If your file is incomplete, it will be canceled after 6 months - but you can try again whenever you want.
Fiscal Registration in 1 Day!
The best part: automatic validation, and voilà! Your fiscal registration + electronic fiscal identification card arrives in 1 working day (or as soon as the file is complete). This digital card lists everything: registration number, company name, activities, address, key dates... with an official electronic seal to prove its authenticity. It is valid everywhere with the administrations, replacing physical papers.
When Does it Start?
The system starts 6 months after publication in the Official Journal, giving time to refine everything and for you to get used to it.
