UIB Appoints Philippe Dubois as New General Manager

The Board of Directors of the International Union of Banks (UIB), which met on Wednesday, August 28, under the presidency of Kamel Neji, has appointed Philippe Dubois as the new General Manager of the UIB, replacing Raoul Labbé de la Genardière.

Philippe Dubois' Professional Background

Philippe Dubois joined the Société Générale group in 1993, where he held various commercial responsibilities within the French network. In 2003, he was appointed Deputy General Manager in charge of corporate clients for Banque de Polynésie, and then in 2006 for Société Générale Srbija (Serbia). In 2009, he became Regional Director for Russia, based in Paris. In 2014, he took on the role of Deputy General Manager of Société Générale de Banque au Liban, overseeing the operational management of the bank and its subsidiaries. Since 2019, Philippe Dubois has been Director of the Corporate Market for the Africa - Mediterranean - Overseas Region.
