Tunisie Clearing Holds Ordinary General Assembly, Announces Solid Financial Results and Dividend Distribution
Tunisie Clearing recently held its Ordinary General Assembly on June 27, 2024, unveiling solid financial results for the current exercise. With a net result of 4,933,132 dinars, the company also announced dividend distribution totaling 2,824,352 dinars, as communicated by Maher Zouari, General Manager of the company.
The new Board of Directors was constituted with the appointment of Hichem Ben Romdhane from Attijari Intermediation as Chairman. The board members include influential figures from the Tunisian financial sector, such as:

During the assembly, it was decided to renew the mandate of General Manager Maher Zouari, in recognition of his contributions and leadership. Furthermore, the "GAC" firm was appointed as auditor, thereby strengthening Tunisie Clearing's financial transparency and compliance.
