New Body Line SA Announces Dividend Distribution for 2023
The company New Body Line SA informs its shareholders that, pursuant to the fifth resolution of the Ordinary General Assembly held on June 27, 2024, the dividends related to the 2023 fiscal year have been set at 0.300 TND per share, representing 30% of the nominal value as follows:
- 0.300 TND per share, deducted from the distributable profit for 2023, amounting to 1,275,120,000 TND.
These dividends are subject to withholding tax at the source, payable to the brokerage firm or depositary holder.
In accordance with the provisions of this resolution, the dividend detachment will take place on September 26, 2024.
