MPBS Announces Dividend and Stock Split for 2024

MPBS has announced that it will offer its shareholders a dividend of 0.370 dinars per share for the 2024 fiscal year, as well as a stock split, reducing the nominal value from 2 dinars to 1 dinar. Both proposals will be put to a vote at the general meetings scheduled for Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the IACE in Sfax.

The Board of Directors, which met on April 28, 2025, reviewed the company's 2024 activity and validated the individual and consolidated financial statements. MPBS closed the fiscal year with a net individual result of 5.43 million dinars and a net consolidated result of 8.36 million dinars.

The Ordinary General Meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will be followed at 12:30 p.m. by an Extraordinary General Meeting, where the stock split operation will be discussed, aiming to make MPBS shares more accessible to investors and boost liquidity on the stock exchange.
