Monoprix Launches Two Calls for Applications for Independent Administrators
Monoprix has launched two calls for applications for the recruitment of two independent administrators.
First Position: Independent Administrator on the Board of Directors
The first position is for an independent administrator to join the Board of Directors, with a three-year term from 2025 to 2027. To apply, candidates must have:
- At least a master's degree (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the retail distribution sector
- Previous experience as a member of a Board of Directors
Second Position: Independent Administrator and Chair of the Audit Committee
The second position is for an independent administrator to join the Board of Directors as Chair of the Audit Committee, with a three-year term from 2025 to 2027. To apply, candidates must have:
- At least a master's degree (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the retail distribution sector
- Previous experience as a member of a permanent audit committee or as Chair of such a committee
