Monoprix Announces 2023 Financial Results and Convenes Annual General Meeting

Monoprix has announced in a press release published in the CMF that its Board of Directors met yesterday to review the company's activity in 2023 and approve the corresponding financial statements. The main highlights are as follows:

The SNMVT (Société Nouvelle Monoprix) records a 9.1% increase in its individual turnover, reaching 684 million Tunisian dinars (HT). The individual net income after tax stands at 5.9 million Tunisian dinars, while the consolidated net income of the group amounts to 1 million Tunisian dinars.

The Board of Directors has also decided to convene the Annual General Meeting (AGO) on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the IACE on the lake shores. The agenda will include the publication of the company's individual and consolidated financial statements, the general and special reports of the auditors, as well as a proposal to distribute a dividend of 0.100 Tunisian dinars per share.
