Monoprix Launches Call for Applications for Two Independent Administrators to Join its Board of Directors
Monoprix is seeking two independent administrators to join its Board of Directors for a three-year term (2025, 2026, and 2027).
Position 1: Independent Administrator
The first position concerns an independent administrator who will sit on the Board of Directors. Candidates must:
- Hold at least a master's degree (or equivalent)
- Have at least 10 years of professional experience in the retail, commerce, or logistics sector, or in one of the following specialties:
- Corporate governance
- Management
- Agri-food engineering
- Industrial engineering
- Information technology
- Have previous experience as a member of a Board of Directors
Position 2: Independent Administrator and Chair of the Audit Committee
The second position concerns an independent administrator who will also serve as Chair of the Audit Committee. Candidates must:
- Hold at least a master's degree (or equivalent)
- Have already been a member of a permanent audit committee or have held the position of Chair
- Have at least 10 years of professional experience in the retail sector or in one of the following specialties:
- Audit
- Finance
- Management control

The application file for either of the two positions must be submitted or deposited at the company's headquarters by any means leaving a written record, no later than May 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM, the deadline for receiving applications.
