Monoprix Launches Two Calls for Applications for Independent Administrators
Monoprix has launched two calls for applications for the recruitment of two independent administrators.
Independent Administrator Position
The first position is for an independent administrator to join the Board of Directors, with a three-year term from 2024 to 2026. To apply for this position, candidates must have:
- At least a master's degree (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the retail sector
- Previous experience as a member of a Board of Directors
Independent Administrator and Audit Committee Chair Position
The second position is for an independent administrator to join the Board of Directors as Chair of the Audit Committee, with a three-year term from 2024 to 2026. To apply for this position, candidates must have:
- At least a master's degree (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the retail sector
- Previous experience as a member of a permanent audit committee or as Chair of such a committee
