Monoprix Reports Solid Financial Results for Q3 2024

Monoprix has presented solid financial results for the third quarter of 2024, with a 7.68% increase in its turnover compared to the previous year, reaching 205.8 million Tunisian dinars (Mtnd).

This growth is primarily driven by sustained commercial dynamics, although, excluding the sale of low-margin olive oil, it moderates to 5.25%.

To support this growth, Monoprix has implemented a cost control policy and optimized its human resources, reducing its payroll expenses as a percentage of turnover from 9.06% to 8.96%.

In parallel, the company has lowered its financial charges thanks to a decrease in interest on its loans, although its financial products have decreased due to lower dividends from its subsidiaries.

In terms of its network, Monoprix is adapting its strategy to new consumer trends, with the opening of a new store in Riadh Al Andalous and the closure of two underperforming points of sale in Bab El Khadhra and Ettadhamen.

These results highlight the resilience of Monoprix's economic model in a challenging competitive environment.
