Mohammed Chokri Rejeb Appointed Director General of the National Consumer Institute

Mohammed Chokri Rejeb, a principal engineer, has been appointed Director General of the National Consumer Institute (INC) following a ministerial decree published in the Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic (JORT).

It is worth noting that prior to this appointment, Rejeb held the position of Executive Director of the Task Force for Developing Value Chains and Clusters, a role he assumed since June 2019.

He has also been a member of the Competition Council and served as a mission officer at the Ministry of Commerce. His career has led him to hold prominent responsibilities, including Director General of Competition and Economic Investigations.

Additionally, between 2015 and 2016, he was a lead expert in certification, quality, and traceability at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

His expertise also extends to his tenure as head of the National Institute of Standardization and Industrial Property (INNORPI) from September 2011 to June 2012.
