Artificial Intelligence to Revolutionize Wealth Management
Artificial intelligence (AI) is set to transform wealth management by facilitating access to complex financial services, traditionally reserved for large banks.
According to Martin Moeller, Head of AI and GenAI for Financial Services in EMEA at Microsoft, AI will disrupt wealth management by enabling individuals to offer financial services that previously required entire teams.
This technology will enable easier market entry for startups, while reducing costs for wealth managers, including family offices and even banks that were not yet present in this field. Young entrepreneurs, increasingly inclined to manage their own investments, will push financial institutions to adapt their services to meet this demand autonomously, using AI to provide complex information in real-time.
In the long term, agent AI, capable of making decisions without human intervention, could further extend this transformation within the next two years.
