MG Tops the List of Most Trusted Supermarket Brands in Tunisia, Wins "Brand of the Year 2024 for Trust" Label
MG (General Store) has taken the top spot in the ranking of most trusted supermarket brands in Tunisia, earning the "Brand of the Year 2024 for Trust" label.
This distinction was awarded to the retailer following the results of the "2024 Trust Index" study conducted by Elka Consulting, which placed MG as the highest-rated supermarket brand among its competitors.
Conducted during the first quarter of 2024, the study is based on a representative sample of 3,000 consumers across the 24 governorates of the country. Each major category of retailer received responses from at least 750 participants. The retailers considered also had to have a minimum level of assisted notoriety of 10%.
To evaluate the trust of Tunisian consumers, an initial analysis defined eight criteria divided into three dimensions: credibility, competence, and benevolence of the brand.
Each criterion, weighted according to its importance, contributed to the overall score, positioning MG as the retailer that Tunisian consumers trust the most in 2024.
