Mélanie Lefebvre Appointed President of the Tunisia Committee of the French Foreign Trade Advisors (CCE)

Tunis, September 2026 – Mélanie Lefebvre has been elected President of the Tunisia Committee of the Conseillers du Commerce Extérieur de la France (CCE), succeeding Alexandre Ratle following the committee’s meeting on September 10, 2026. As the former Vice-President of the Committee, Lefebvre brings a robust professional background spanning finance, strategic consulting, corporate restructuring, and airport operations management.

A Career Rooted in Finance and Airport Management

Since November 2023, Mélanie Lefebvre has served as CEO of TAV Tunisie, where she oversees the operations of the Enfidha-Hammamet and Monastir airports. Prior to this role, she spent over 11 years with Groupe ADP (Aéroports de Paris), most notably serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Customer Division from 2015 to 2021. In that capacity, her responsibilities encompassed commercial activities, travel retail, duty-free sales, food and beverage services, and other airport services at both Paris-Orly and Paris-Charles de Gaulle airports. She also served on the boards of directors of several of the group’s subsidiaries.

International Experience in Chile

Lefebvre’s international career continued in Chile, where she served as CFO of Santiago Airport from 2021 to 2023. There, she led a team of 25 professionals and played a key role in a $500 million debt restructuring, cash flow management, and process optimization initiatives.

Before joining Groupe ADP, Mélanie Lefebvre built her expertise in financial and strategic consulting. She worked with leading firms such as AlixPartners, Duff & Phelps, and EY, focusing on performance improvement, restructuring, financial operations, and project valuation.

Academic Background in Finance and Business Law

Her academic training is equally aligned with her professional focus on finance and business law. Lefebvre holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School, specializing in law and finance, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Her qualifications are further complemented by advanced diplomas in accounting and financial studies (DECF & DSCG).

Leading the France-Tunisia Economic Bridge

As the new President of the Tunisia Committee, Lefebvre is tasked with advancing the CCE network’s mission to support businesses and foster economic exchanges between France and Tunisia. This role represents a natural extension of her professional experience, albeit with a new scope: promoting and facilitating Franco-Tunisian economic relations.

Alexandre Ratle Continues in a National and Regional Capacity

Alexandre Ratle, who is stepping down as President of the Tunisia Committee, will remain an active member of the CCE. He intends to focus more heavily on his national and regional responsibilities, including his roles as Vice-President of the National CCE Committee and President of the South Mediterranean, Middle East, and North Africa (MENA) Commission.
