Tanit Bond SICAV informs its shareholders and the public that, as per the minutes recorded on February 20, 2025, at the Nelson Mandela-Tunis tax office, its Board of Directors, which met on January 17, 2025, has decided to co-opt Marouen Ben Slimen as a director and appoint him as Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing Sami Mekki.
