The Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) has announced the appointment of Mansoor Rashid Al-Khater as its new CEO, effective January 11, 2026, replacing Yousuf Mohamed Al-Jaida.

The new CEO is no stranger to leadership, having previously headed Ooredoo Tunisia. Prior to that, he held several key positions within the Ooredoo group and spent 11 years at Qatar Petroleum. According to the announcement, Al-Khater also boasts extensive experience in governance, serving on the board of directors of Ooredoo Algeria and having been a member of the boards of Arabsat, Al Jazeera Network, and the Qatar Museums Authority Board of Trustees.
