Financial Market Council Announcement
The Financial Market Council issued a press release stating that Air Liquide Tunisie (ALT) is informing its shareholders and the public that its Board of Directors, which met on Monday, May 19, 2025, has decided, effective as of the same date, to appoint Gabriel Constantin as General Manager, replacing Mahmoud Raboudi.
Furthermore, the Board of Directors, which met on June 20, 2025, has decided, effective as of the same date, to appoint Aymen Ghorbel as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Air Liquide Tunisie, replacing Hichem Rebai.
