Mahjoub Langar, CEO of Poulina Group Holding, Ranks Among Africa's Most Influential CEOs
In the latest edition of Forbes Africa's ranking, Mahjoub Langar, General Director of Poulina Group Holding (PGH), stands out as the only Tunisian among the continent's most influential CEOs.
Since taking the helm of PGH in 2014, he has transformed the conglomerate into a model of success across various sectors, including agri-food, real estate, and construction materials.
Thanks to his strategic management, PGH achieved record revenues in 2023, exceeding 4 billion dinars (approximately 1.2 billion euros), a performance that testifies to Langar's solidity and vision.
The group has also doubled its net profit, reaching 129.6 million dinars (39 million euros), compared to 65.7 million dinars (19 million euros) in 2022.
Far from resting on these successes, Mahjoub Langar is exploring new opportunities for PGH, particularly in the renewable energy sector, with projects for photovoltaic solar power plants.
His journey inspires resilient African leadership, adapted to modern challenges, while enhancing Tunisia's economic profile on the African continent.
