Approval of Independent Administrators
Following the Ordinary General Assembly (AGO) held on June 14, 2024, the appointment of Mondher Ben Hamida and Afef Ben Hadia as independent administrators for the three-year period from 2024 to 2026 was approved. This mandate will come to an end at the AGO that will deliberate on the 2026 year.
Approval of Guarantees for Group MG Societies
The assembly also approved the consent of guarantees to secure credits amounting to 15 million dinars (Mdt) in favor of the Societies of the MG Group.
