University of Carthage Receives International Accreditation
The University of Carthage has obtained the international "Entrepreneurial University Award" accreditation, delivered by the National Centre for Entrepreneurship in Education (NCEE), for a period of 3 years. According to the University of Carthage, this recognition is the result of a collective effort mobilizing academic and administrative officials, whose coordination and follow-up were crucial to the success of the process.
A Testament to the University's Commitment to Entrepreneurship
This distinction attests to the university's ability to integrate entrepreneurship at the heart of its academic, pedagogical, and institutional missions. At the center of this dynamic is the Student Entrepreneur Hub of the University of Carthage (PEEC), which has developed a support ecosystem covering the entire entrepreneurial journey: awareness, training, mentoring, networking with economic actors, as well as monitoring and evaluation of project impact. This approach allows students to transform their ideas into concrete initiatives, whether innovative projects or startups in the incubation phase.
Benefits of Accreditation
The university indicates that, for students, this accreditation offers better support and career paths that are closer to market realities and innovation. For universities, it encourages the sharing of best practices and continuous improvement. For partners, it strengthens credibility and cooperation.
Independent Evaluation and Enhanced Visibility
The NCEE label is based on an independent external evaluation. It enhances the visibility and attractiveness of the University of Carthage at both national and international levels.
Official Announcement and Partnerships
According to a university statement, the official announcement of this accreditation will be coordinated by the NCEE, in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the British Council. In a statement, the University of Carthage praised their support throughout the process.
