The UBCI has just published its 2024 CSR Report, reaffirming its role as a pioneer bank fully committed to sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. This report illustrates the evolution of its CSR strategy and highlights the concrete actions taken by the bank to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues at the heart of its growth model.
The Bank's Approach is Based on Four Main Objectives:
- A structured commitment since 2015: The UBCI has implemented a CSR policy defined by strategy, management, and coordination missions, in line with the priorities set by the bank's governance.
- A vision focused on integrating ESG criteria: The bank considers that taking into account environmental, social, and governance issues is a strategic priority and a vector of competitiveness.
