Union Bancaire pour le Commerce et l'Industrie (UBCI) Holds Ordinary General Meeting
The Union Bancaire pour le Commerce et l'Industrie (UBCI) held its Ordinary General Meeting on April 26, 2024, at its headquarters located at 139 Avenue de la Liberté in Tunis. Following this meeting, the bank decided to set the dividend for the 2023 fiscal year at TND 1,250 per share.
This dividend, applicable to 20,001,529 existing shares, representing 25% of the nominal value, will be paid out according to the following terms:
- Each shareholder will receive TND 1,250 per share, subject to a 10% withholding tax. This tax applies to both resident and non-resident individuals, as well as to legal entities. It will be deducted from the 2023 fiscal year's results.
The dividends will be paid out starting from May 7, 2024. The payment will be made through the Tunis Stock Exchange intermediaries and the depositary account holders, via TUNISIE CLEARING for the securities deposited with this institution.
