Individual Housing Lot Requests Not Updated by May 15, 2025, Will Be Automatically Canceled
The Tunisian Housing Agency (AFH) announced today that individual housing lot requests not updated before May 15, 2025, will be automatically canceled. The agency is calling on concerned applicants to regularize their situation before this deadline.
In fact, this measure is part of the implementation of Government Decree No. 327 of 2021, which defines the missions of the AFH. It aims to cleanse and update the database of applicants to ensure efficient allocation management.
The agency specifies that it can only concern a single request, in accordance with the decision of the Minister of Equipment and Housing, dated January 28, 2025. This update and confirmation operation can only be done exclusively on the agency's official website: www.afh.nat.tn.
