Lloyd Tunisien Approves 2023 Financial Statements
Following its Ordinary General Assembly (AGO) meeting on July 29, 2024, Tunisian insurance company "Lloyd Tunisien" approved its 2023 financial statements, highlighting a total net asset value of 527,493 million Tunisian dinars (Mtnd) and a net profit of 9,223 Mtnd.
Furthermore, the AGO set the gross amount of annual attendance fees at 5,000 Tunisian dinars (TND) to be allocated to each member of the board of directors, with an additional amount of the same value to be allocated to administrators who are members of the permanent audit and risk committees.
