IHEC Carthage Organizes Financial Culture Awareness Day for Students
The Higher Institute of Economic and Commercial Sciences (IHEC) Carthage organized a financial culture awareness day for students today, in partnership with the Tunisian Association for the Promotion of Financial Culture (ATCF). This event is part of a collaboration agreement aimed at promoting financial education among young people, in addition to their academic training.
Expert Interventions and Key Themes
The program featured expert interventions that addressed essential themes such as financial management, corporate social responsibility, green finance, and sustainable financing. These topics respond to current economic challenges and aim to raise students' awareness of critical issues.
Launch of the National Financial Culture Olympiad
The meeting also marked the launch of the first stage of the national financial culture olympiad, organized by the ATCF. This competition consists of a multiple-choice questionnaire (QCM) focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), with the objective of selecting 20 students per institution. The top performers will participate in a national final, bringing together the 20 best candidates from four participating institutions: IHEC Carthage, the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences of Nabeul, the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Management Sciences of Jendouba, and the Higher Institute of Management of Sousse.
Strengthening Collaboration between ATCF and Tunisian Universities
This initiative is part of a larger dynamic aimed at strengthening collaboration between the ATCF and Tunisian universities. It provides for the regular organization of workshops, conferences, and events, enabling students to acquire practical knowledge and prepare for the challenges of the job market.
Financial Education as a Strategic Lever
Thanks to this partnership, financial education becomes a strategic lever for training a new generation aware of economic issues and capable of contributing to sustainable growth.
