Tunisia Sees Significant Increase in Tourist Revenue and Remittances from Abroad
According to the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT), tourist revenue reached 5.597 billion dinars as of September 30, marking a 366 million dinar increase compared to 2023.
Meanwhile, remittances from the Tunisian diaspora have reached 5.973 billion dinars, representing a 152 million dinar increase compared to the same period last year.
Notably, the capital transferred by Tunisians Residing Abroad (TRE) has surpassed the tourist revenue recorded by Tunisia during the same period.
