"Les Ciments de Bizerte" Seeks Representative for Minority Shareholders for 2024, 2025, and 2026
The company "Les Ciments de Bizerte" is seeking a representative for minority shareholders for the years 2024, 2025, and 2026. This call is in accordance with the 2022 presidential decree and stock exchange regulations. Minority shareholders are defined as individuals holding no more than 0.5% of the capital and institutional investors holding no more than 5% of the capital.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Impeccable integrity
- No criminal convictions
- Be up-to-date with tax authorities
- A university degree
- At least 10 years of professional experience in management or industry
- No direct or indirect connection with the company or its major shareholders

Selection Process
After reviewing the applications, a preliminary list will be submitted to the Financial Market Council. An Elective General Assembly of minority shareholders will be held within 10 days following the closing of the call. The appointment of the representative will be ratified during the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
