European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Launches Star Venture Program for Tunisian Startups
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has officially launched the call for applications for its Star Venture program, designed for high-potential Tunisian startups. This 24-month program offers strategic support to help innovative young companies scale up.
Selected startups will benefit from a comprehensive range of services aimed at accelerating their growth:
- Facilitated access to financing
- Diagnostic workshops to identify areas for improvement
- Tailored consulting missions
- Individual online and in-person mentoring
- Networking opportunities with international partners and investors
The program is open to Tunisian startups that meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Annual turnover of less than €1 million
- Less than 10 years of operation
- An evolving business model based on technology
- Majority ownership by local shareholders (less than 50% foreign capital)
Shortlisted startups will have the opportunity to join an intensive and selective program focused on structuring, growth, and international visibility.
The deadline for submitting applications is May 16, 2025.
