Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs' Administrative Council Examines 2023 Financial Performance
During its meeting on Thursday, May 2, 2024, the Administrative Council of Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs thoroughly examined the financial performance of the parent company and its subsidiaries for the 2023 financial year.
The individual financial statements reveal a total balance of 27,864,126 Mtnd, with a net result of 4,389,754 Mtnd. This performance represents a remarkable 47% growth compared to the previous year, demonstrating the company's solidity and adaptability in a constantly evolving economic environment.
Building on these positive results, the Administrative Council has decided to convene an Ordinary General Assembly to be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. This assembly will be a key moment to share these advances with shareholders and discuss the company's future prospects.
Furthermore, the Administrative Council has also decided to recommend to the General Assembly the distribution of a dividend of 0.460 Dinar per share, representing 46% of the nominal value.
