Before you head out on your summer break, don't forget to fulfill your tax obligations for this month! In fact, taxpayers have several deadlines to meet in July. It's essential to stay informed about these deadlines to avoid late penalties and ensure a smooth tax management process.
Here are the 4 key deadlines to remember:
- July 15th: Last day to file the monthly tax return for individuals.
- July 15th: Last day to file the quarterly tax return for individuals subject to the flat-rate regime and attached to the real regime.
- July 22nd: Last day to file the monthly tax return for corporate entities registered in the online tax declaration and payment system.
- July 26th: Last day to file the annual income tax return for individuals practicing traditional trades, including those under the flat-rate regime.
- July 29th: Last day to file the monthly tax return for corporate entities not subject to online tax declaration and payment.
Note that if the last day to file one of these tax returns coincides with a Sunday or public holiday, the return can be filed on the next business day without penalty.
