MAC SA Announces Successful Bond Issue
MAC SA announced today, September 30, that subscriptions to its "TLF 2024-2" bond issue were closed on August 28, 2024, with a total subscribed amount of 50 million TND. Initially set at 40 million TND, the bond issue amount was eligible to be increased to a maximum of 50 million TND. The "TLF 2024-2" bond issue therefore reached its subscription ceiling on the first day of opening, indicating strong demand on the financial market.
