Tunis Stock Exchange: Tunindex Closes February 2025 with 3.97% Growth
The Tunindex index ended February 2025 at 10,627.53 points, posting a 3.97% increase following a 2.69% rise in January 2025, according to the monthly analysis published by the Tunis Stock Exchange.
Since the beginning of the year, the index has accumulated gains of 6.77%, contrasting with a 1.38% decline recorded during the same period in 2024.
The trading volume on the stock exchange reached 140.5 million Tunisian dinars (Mtnd), registering a slight 1.5% decrease compared to the previous month. The average daily trading volume stood at 7 Mtnd, compared to 6.4 Mtnd in January and 6.4 Mtnd since the beginning of 2025.
The Tunindex20 index advanced 5.20% in February 2025, following a 2.70% increase the previous month, to close at 4,736.51 points.
Since the beginning of the year, the index has posted a 5.20% growth, compared to a 0.43% decline during the same period in 2024.
