Attijai Bank Posts Solid Financial Performance in Q1 2024

During the first quarter of 2024, Attijai Bank recorded a solid financial performance. The bank's revenue from its activities totaled 285,975 million dinars, an 11.3% increase compared to the same period last year.

This growth is primarily attributed to the increase in interest and assimilated revenues, as well as revenues from the investment portfolio.

In parallel, the bank's operating expenses reached 107,938 million dinars, a 10.9% increase, mainly due to the rise in interest expenses and assimilated charges.

The bank's net banking product (PNB) reached 178,037 million dinars, recording an 11.5% growth, reflecting a good overall performance in revenue generation. However, the bank's operating expenses also increased by 16.9% to reach 88,636 million dinars, mainly due to the rise in personnel expenses.

Furthermore, the loans granted by the bank to its customers increased by 6.6% to reach 6,924,833 million dinars. Additionally, customer deposits in the bank increased by 13.4% to reach 10,286,330 million dinars, testifying to increased customer confidence in the bank.
